How Does the Mail Club Work?

    Cove Mail Club is a monthly art subscription. Each month, I'll mail you an envelope from the Pacific Northwest with love.

  • 2. You've got mail!

    You will receive a postcard, an original art print, and an outdoor field guide. The envelopes are sent via USPS.

  • 3. Connect to Community

    Each postcard will be sent to you with postage so you can write someone special to you.

FAQ

Why is it called snail mail?

Each letter is sent via USPS with a humble stamp. Thus, tracking is unavailable, and the term "snail mail" starts to make more sense!

Letters are sent out on the 3rd of each month.

If you live within the United States, shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks. For international members, please allow 2-3 weeks. This is why I send my mail at the beginning of the month :)

I just signed up. When do I get my first letter?

Your mail will start the following month. If you sign-up in May, you will start receiving letters in June.

How much does shipping cost?

All shipping is free with your subscription regardless of your location.

Can I purchase a subscription for a friend?

Yes. We love the idea of signing up friends, such a unique gift!

You can do so by adding the product to your cart. Then at checkout use your friends address as the "shipping address" and your information for the payment process.

The letters will be sent to whatever address you put in the shipping field.

How can I manage my subscription?

When you log in to your account, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

The monthly recurring payments are processed on the same day of the month that you signed up.
